"I would give zero stars if I could. Carlos is the worst agent I have ever worked with. Months after changing agents, I’m still suffering from his mistakes and lack of complete competency. First, he never changed my address from Indiana to Illinois when I moved…when I specifically asked him to do so. And now Illinois insurance companies won’t offer me coverage because of prior cracked windshield claims that were not my fault. Second, I asked him for months and months about event insurance coverage for our wedding. I had to bother him repeatedly to finally look into it, and when he did follow up, the insurance coverage he provided wasn’t sufficient enough. I had to rush last minute before our wedding to find different event coverage from an outside company. I can’t find a single insurance company who’s willing to offer car insurance based on claims that aren’t all my fault, all because Carlos insisted, changing my address wasn’t a big deal."
